Sometimes hiding under the covers helps….just not for too long…Remember…there is sunshine above the cloulds!
I know exactly what roller coaster you are riding — I rode the same one when my mom died.
Work is the best therapy I know. It was my saving grace. It gets you out and about, forces you to inter-act with people, and allows the dark clouds to part to let in the light.
